The way to bring them together would be to make them meet at the reflecting pool on the mall right near the coffee cart on the day they were supposed to meet again, one year from when they left for Afganistan and Indonesia. Isn't it what they said themselves ? So if both of them remember and go there in hope to meet, it would mean they want to be together.

I have hope (please please please Hart Hanson) that the last three episodes will bring them to exactly the place they need to be to move on TOGETHER. First, both ED and DB are very funny actors and I think the portrayal of B&B as a couple could be hilarious, touching, emotional and rational - as these characters have been written over the last 6 seasons. I think exploring the familiarity that comes from being in a committed relationship while trying to solve cases around the other members of the team and even suspects would be interesting as Brennan struggles with what is socially acceptable to discuss and what isn't. I can't imagine Booth being any more protective of Bones than he already ism but it would be soooo great to see him try ;) Second, the teasers and snippets we have about the last three episodes all seem to be on the more emotional side of things. Brennan could reveal even more about her past and childhood in the next ep - and perhaps give a deeper understanding as to why she's so removed emotionally and so afraid to let people (Booth) in. The last of the Sniper arc has my hopes up really high for a fabulous emotional journey with B&B and the rest of the team as one of them as been teased to die. Finishing off that with the birth of baby Hodgela promises some real soul searching and possibilites for deep life/series altering moments. Let's go Team BONES ! I have great faith!

Booth and Brennan should agree to begin to date eachother (exclusively) by the season 6 finale. This would allow for many "on camera" discussions about Hannah, or why Booth feels he needs to tell 'little white lies' to Brennan to protect his own feelings. They could also explore and share their sad, if not down-right horrible, childhood experiences.
Ultimately Booth needs to completely apologize to Brennan for being one, huge horses-ass. Brennan did not come back from Maluku with a boyfriend to shove in Booth's face. Brennan did not ignore any of the hurt feelings and awkwardness that Booth was feeling after Hannah rejected his proposal. Brennan stood by her man! Even had a drink with him. And I still can not believe that Booth asked Hannah to marry him. WHAT the heck was he thinking? Totally about himself. Certainly not about Brennan or even Hannah for that matter. Special Agent of Morality and all things good was being one big selfish stupid pig-headed guy.

I couldn't have said it any better than the person who commented before me. God how I miss the "eye sex" and the lingering looks that sent chills up your spine so to speak, but they've gotten so comfortable together now after six years that they're starting to almost cross the line between really good friends who secretly have a deep passionate love for one another and really just want to rip off their clothes and make love to the best friends who have a love burrowed so far deep inside them that it hardly shows. Right now I feel as if they are standing on the line or very close to it, so they need to get together soon. Preferably this season but they need to go gracefully and slowly into it... Because we all know what happened the last time he jumped into it with hannah... That (b)itch broke his heart but somehow didn't scar him to deep. I think it was a heat of the moment I love her type thing and the engagement was purely just Sweets pressuring him into pretty much... Makes me hate psychology even more than I already do. But the thing is... If hannah wasn't a consolation prize then why the (h)ell did he move on so fast? I mean he moved on fast after Brennan but I think it's because he still really loved her as you could tell in the season five finale just his looks I think Hannah was a "my hearts aching I need to fill it! Oh here's a hot chick who only loves me because I saved her life. LETS HAVE SEX UNDER A DAMN FIG TREE!" thing. But Brennan is his true love. He needs to do it right and god if they get together and break up.. Well let's just say that hart handons twitter will be blown up (metaphorically speaking) with very strongly worded messages that may include some bad words. Haha :)
But as for having sex this season? To fast to soon. Now some lip locking passionate kissing would be perfectly fine with me! Ha I just think that the term "making out" is nasty and very unladylike so I don't like to use it... But some kissing would be nice. And in brennans words there definitely needs to be "tongue contact"
And if anyone thinks that Brennan is ugly or abrasive they can just go die because SHES REALLY FREAKING PRETTY AND TSLKS HER MIND AND I LOVE HER!!! and Emily DESCHANEL... Words can even express my love for that amazing woman. Oh I'm all in for it! They need to get together! I don't know how this season will be finished but if they don't get together in the finale they really need to get it going in the beginning of Season 7. If not I'm afraid the dynamic between B&B will change. :( I loved the whole will they, won't they and I totally loved the chemistry and sexual tension, the lingering looks and double meanings and all .... I sooo loved that. But after 6 years it's just time to stop. The dynamic already changed in Season 6 and not just because of Hannah. Booth became different. He's so impatient with Brennan sometimes. Impatient with her scientific mind, interrupts her and doesn't laugh about her jokes. Not even tries to be nice .... I miss the eye sex lol. Even if it has been 6 years and they're so comfortable with each other that they don't need it. I miss it.
When Hannah was there I had hope for a few glances from Booth, showing that he still had feelings for Bones, that he was struggling with moving on. But I didn't see that. And that made me sad. Because like this the whole Hannah storyline seems off to me. I saw Bones struggling. But Booth? His feelings for Bones just disappeared? And then some time after Hannah is gone he burns a date hoping to get together with her? huh? ^^^
Of course they need to work out a few things. I want Booth to realize a few things. I want a conversation between him and Bones about Hannah, what she really meant to him and what he still felt for Bones ... why he asked Hannah to marry him when he asked Bones to spend the rest of their lives together only months ago. I want Bones to ask him about that. I don't want her to feel like a consolation prize!
But when they talk things out and admit that they both feel the same ...I want some serious kissing and making out :D And I want a beautiful scene of them making love. Because one of the most important things has always been the dfierence from sex to making love and breaking the laws of physics :D I want to see that with them because Brennan has changed so much ... I want to see how she handles these emotions :)
And honestly, Booth & Bones are very interesting characters. They have lots of stuff in their pasts, the bickering, their job ... there're so many things that would make a GREAT storyline with them as a couple. After 6 years I don't think it would hurt the show to show them as a couple. We've got so many great people in/behind the show who could make a great show, even with B&B being romantically involved. I don't think it would be boring.
I've been a fan of many shows. JAG is a great example. Because Harm & Mac got together in the very last episode and we never saw them acting as a couple. See what life throws at them, how they handle it. I would've loved to see that as well as the building up to it.
So I really hope Hart Hanson won't do the same and get them together in the very last episode and that's it :( B&B are way too interesting for that and David & Emily are too talented to just throw that chance away. :)
