Will the final two days of campaigning influence how you vote?

    You know what.
I understand that Layton's platform may seem a tad overboard but he's the only one that's got his priorities straight. He's had time to think and he's strategized his campaign.
He's done a great job being positive and I think his leadership will create a sense of Canadian leadership in the world stage. He will be a person countries look to for their policies. This is a true Canadian and I'm voting for HIM.

I just hope that he doesn't leave the NDP's because that will bring them down. Good Luck Layton.

Two factors will influence the vote.
    1. A party chief does not a government make. Layton wins a charm contest but there is no worthwile team and program behind him. Ignatieff is a dull chief but he has a team that should have been featured. Harper has Reform and Canadian Alliance written on his forehead; Peter McKay made a mistake when he gave him the Progressive Conservative Party.
    2. The Party Chiefs mistakingly conducted a campaign around Quebeckers instead of honastly talking of Canadians from the Province of Québec. This is not a provincial election it should be elevated to a federal level.

I've already voted. All that remains is to put a six pack of Orange Crush on ice and enjoy the election night results.

In my above comment I meant "whoever" grabs the centre, not "however" My infantry injuries left me using voice software.

My vote can still be swayed by however wakes up and GRABS THE CENTRE in the last weekend. Iggy will have to make it clear that repeat violent criminals belong in prison, Mr Harper would have to make it clear that pot smokers don't.

The media keeps asking what happened with the NDP. Two things happened above all: 1. The provincial separatists pushed their federal cousins over a cliff because Central Canadians almost invariable balance their federal/provincial votes to counteract each other. 2. The Liberals pushed the smart honest and serious patriot Mr Dion over a cliff before he had time to build a relationship with Canadians and a clear differentiation from Mr Harper, and, Canadians are, above all else, fair. It was too backroom, too harsh, and the Libs are paying for it now.

No. Having watched the campaign from the beginning, what is said from now until Monday will mean nothing to me. The PC's and Libs underestimated the power of the seniors and the youth. I believe that these two factions are largely responsible for the recent upset.

I've never had anything good to say about the bloc but the two people who threw their support behind the NDP show that they really do care about the people. They want a government who will look after the people of Quebec and they are smart enough to know that the only one that can do something for the people they live with are the NDP. Now you Liberals need to step up and see that you don't have a chance any more. It's time to vote NDP! If you really want to see the Conservatives brought down you know what you need to do.

My vote is just dangling between NDP and the Liberals. I have been a life long Liberal supporter but I gotta tell you Evan, Jack Layton is really running on all cylinders considering all he is going through health wise. Ignatieff just seems old and stale, standing there like a kid with his hands out saying "Gimmie, Gimmie, Gimmie". He hasn't earned the PM title yet in my eyes, but if he does something drastic in the last few days, who knows.

Bring on this election please. I am so sick of Tory lying and fear mongering that I hope I never see another politician. Canada will still be here on Tuesday and not broken or any further in debt. The doom and gloom of the right wing is incredible. Harper has proven he cannot do the job so will we be any worse with Jack?

Why didn't you include an option for those of us who voted at the advance poll? Skews the results when you don't take this into account.

Can't you afford to have enough computer techs on staff to keep you comments section running properly?
