It is much harder for a team that is "building" to pick late in the draft and find impact talent without any flaws. Picking Baldwin in the first round was brilliant. He would not have been around for their next pick. They got the impact player for the "O" line in the second round. Houston will be the value pick of the draft after Romeo gets done with him.
