We don't need yet another Gov't agency-we have enough regulation, just inforce what is there! This agency has no oversight & director sets their own budget-Government out of control under this president/administration--Hey we're Broke, stop the spending! Time to downsize like the "common folk" have!

After listening to her testify before Congress and evading questions I believe that she is the wrong choice and I also believe that this agency, if left in its present form will be harmful to the very people if proposed to protect. What this country doesn't need is yet another government agency to intrude and constrict, without oversight, the financial marketplace. I found that when questioned about actual costs regarding regulation, Warren either responded by either not giving a simple answer or just by being evasive until the questioner's time ran out so that she did not have to respond. What we don't need is on more "czar." I am all for consumer protection. We already have more than enough regulation in place. What we don't need is another agency out there with almost unlimited power to regulate which will simply up the cost of doing business and ultimately harm the consumer through higher costs.
