I'm familiar with both drugs. I would choose Remicade. Also, I have no idea about your insurance coverage but that can also be a consideration. Depending on the place of service for the infusion vs. if your medical covers the injectable drug or pharmacy. The place of service can significantly alter your financial responsibility, depending on your plan. If insurance is not a concern, can you go outpatient at the hospital for your infusion so you don't have to call off from work or school?
If lifestyle is the only consideration, take the drug that has been around longer. It's tried and true - been on the market for years and if it had serious long term consequences we would know by now.
