Yes, someone is definitely cheating for David Cook. A couple of days ago, Kelly was ahead of David by 14.1% and now she is only ahead by less than 8%. I think they are using macros and/or some other automated means as the % is going up too quickly. In less than a couple of minutes David's % went up over 0.25% and the % keeps increasing. It is only a matter of time before he pass Kelly. This poll is 3 weeks old and yet someone feels the need to cheat when a majority of the legal votes have already been cast. What a waste of time and effort!!

Looks like David Cook’s fans found a way to cheat the system. He has gained almost 1% since early this morning and they are still at it as I’m typing this. Why anyone why would want to cheat on a poll is beyond me as this poll is suppose to be for fun and winning or losing it doesn’t mean anything.
Carrie is just great in every single way. She is the best of the best singer! Not like some other singers...... Oh yeah, remember to visit my fan-page of Carrie:)

Kelly Clarkson reigns by far. She is the greatest Idol of all time and started it all. She is an international superstar. She is much more creative and takes chances with her music than any of the others. She is unique and her voice more recognized. All the other Idols should get down on their hands and knees and thank her for giving them any kind of success!!!

Exactly! Not to mention the fact that Simon (who we all know was the best judge although he was kind of mean) predicted early on that she would win the competition and be the most successful and famous american idol winner. He clearly knew what he was talking about

Carrie Underwood is by far the best and the most successful idol ever. Kelly is good but not as consistant as Carrie. Her vocal ability is outstanding. anyone who still has doubts about Carrie, go to you tube and check out her rendition of How Great Thou Art... It is a masterpiece. She is well on her way of becoming a legend in country music like Reba, Dolly and other pioneers not to mention the fact that this girl can sing rock music as well as country if she chooses to. I hope that she does record a rock album one day. Love her

David Cook is the all time best Idol! Looking back over the seasons he was the one that set the bar ( like in the highest pole vaulting bar) for the rest. He continued every week to showcase all different levels with his voice, chose unique songs, changed up the songs arrangements, had more "moments" than any other, kept us guessing and anticipating what he would bring to the table each week, and most every week slayed the song. The judges were a whole different ballgame back then (very critical and hard to please) and his season was stacked with awesome talent....besides all that...he is even more inspiring as a person...the definition of what an American Idol should be.

And im not sure how it works back there, but Kelly was on the first season, and im guessing a lot of people didn't watch it over in Holland until a few seasons in. And i do think Kelly is successful, but Carrie is the most successful just because of the genre she sings. Country isn't a very popular genre outside of the U.S yet Carrie has managed to become successful and open up Country music to a lot of people. However, i will agree that worldwide, Kelly is more popular, but again, only because of the genre. If you compare voices, Carrie wins by a landslide. I mean, purely on her voice she managed to make a gospel song go viral.

That's not true what you said. Adam Lambert is known in Europe, but I think there are more people in Europe that have heard of Kelly Clarkson. She has had multiple no #1's in a lot of Europian countries, while Adam Lambert MAYBE has 1. I know one song of his and I actually like Pink's version better, but let's not go offtopic hehe :P

Kelly Clarkson doesn't need the show anymore to sell albums. She sold millions of albums OUTSIDE the US, where nobody even knew she was on American Idol.
I, for one, fell in love with The Trouble With Love is, and then her album Breakaway. It wasn't until 2007 or so that I found out she won American Idol. (I live in Holland by the way)
In terms of worldwide popularity, Kelly Clarkson wins by a mile.

After all said and done, Adam will be the last one left standing. That kind of talent comes once in a blue moon. He hops from genre to genre with such ease while the rest struggle to get it right. And when he sings everyone is all ears.

Right now I am sooooo disappointed that James Durbin got voted off tonights show, it's hard to think about the others. He is by far the most diverse performer this season.
There's been some really great singers on Idol, there's no denying but I have to say Adam Lambert was and is my favorite. Gotta go, I'm too bummed.

I voted for David Cook. I have always loved him. I do love Kelly and Carrie but David has always been my fave. I picked him from his audition that season and since then I have been one of his biggest fans. Not only is he a great singer/musician but he seems like a great guy very down to earth. He should win hands down.

Carrie Underwood is is clearly the best idol. When you think of everyone who's won or become successful through american idol, that's the first thing you think of. Carrie is the only idol that has separated herself from american idol and truly established herself as an artist. Don't get me wrong Kelly Clarkson, Chris Daughtry, etc. have amazing voices, but they have all fizzled out. What have they done in the past few years that has been popular. There's more to being an artist than having a great voice.

I'm glad Kelly is on top currently. I hope she stays there. It's where she belongs. She's my favorite Idol I've ever seen perform.
I have to say there are a few songs by Carrie Underwood that I like, but I'd never even heard of her if it hadn't been for Kelly.
She's the one who started it all. She has continuously put out great music. Her third album was highly underappreciated, it has so many good songs on it.
I'm looking forward to the moment she wins this poll! And I look forward even more to July/August when her single is hopefully coming! With her 5th album in September :D
