To limit my choice to one "color" of wine is simply not possible. If a red is full-bodied, jammy, and dripping fruit, I'm in love. If a white is flinty and dry (such as a French Alsatian reisling) or rich and buttery (such as a Montrachet), I can drink a bottle all by myself. Some of the newer rose wines are a vast improvement over the sugary sweet drinks that tried to pass for wine years ago. But best of all, give me a yeasty champagne or Prosecco to send me to the moon.
