How will the Open University's plan to double their course fees in 2012 affect you?

Not at all (I have never used their services/live outside the EU).

Somewhat (I was considering taking a course but now may not be able to afford it etc).

Greatly (I will no longer be able to afford to continue my course) and this will pervert the purpose of the Open University's original aims.
