I have watched every night since American Idol has come on and seen Scotty get better every week.I am 80 years old. So no teenager and seen and heard many country singers in my life time,but Scotty has been the best.Have been to Elon Collage and heard many young people and I am telling you with what Scotty has he will go far and sure he will continute and God will be right by his side all the way!!! Scotty will be # 1

SCOTTY!!! SCOTTY!!!SCOTTY!!! ALL THE WAY................I USUALLY DON'T WATCH IDOL BECAUSE IT IS USUALY JUST PEOPLE WHO SCREAM AND WIN. I THINK JAMES SHOULD BE IN THE TOP THREE NOT HALEY. SHE JUST WEARS REVEALING CLOTHES AND SCREAMS. FIGURING SHE WILL GET THE TEENAGE BOY AND OLD MEN.
TO THOSE OF YOU WHO SAY SCOTTY IS ONLY GETTING THE TEENYBOOPER VOTE. I HAVE YOU KNOW US MATURE LADIES LOVE HIS VOICE, HIS PERSONALITY AND HIS CHARACTOR. I'M 56 AND WAS FOR SCOTTY FROM THE FIRST SHOW I SAW HIM. THE BEST TRUELY GOOD SINGERS ARE JAMES, LAUREN AND THE BEST IS SCOTTY.
I READ ON THE NET THAT FROM WHAT RANDY JACKSON WAS SAYING HE THINKS SCOTTY WILL WIN IT ALL. I AGREE.........HE IS THE TALENT IN THE SHOW WITH LAUREN A CLOSE SECOND. THEY NEVER REALLY LET SCOTTY DO ANYTHING MUCH MORE THAN COUNTRY. THEY TOLD HIM STREACH HIMSELF THEN SAID YOU SHOULD DO COUNTRY THAT IS WHAT YOU LOVE. OTHERS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE TO STREATCH TOO. LIKE ASHLEY DO COUNTRY OR CLASSICAL NOT JUST THE SCREAMING ROCK. EVEN JAMES WHO WAS "METAL" DID OTHER STYLES.

I picked Scotty from his very first audition. I just love him with his deep beautifull voice.

I am suprised that Lauren made it this far , James should have been in the top three not her IMO .
