The real mystery is why both my iPhone 4 and that of my wife use several megabytes of data at night when we (and the phones) are asleep in a house with available WiFi. It's not apps doing it, and the only way to stop it is to turn off 3G data. I'm onboard with the class action suit against AT&T!

There needs to be another tier or two in between 50MB-1GB. You'll play the results as 45% of people use 1GB of data, when really I and may others use around 100MB.
