Haley was clearly the most talented on this season.Other contestants like Casey Abrams and Pia Toscano were also incredible.Those three were the only ones who recieved an standing ovation ,and haley recieved three.Haley's growl ,vocal ability and vocal range made her the one who deserve to win and also how unique her voice was.Scotty and Lauren had talent,but a lot of people have had their voice and they were not spectacular.I am from Colombia and i believe most people from the U.S don't have a good taste in music,and thats why people like Adam Lambert,Jennifer Hudson and Haley Reinhart have not won.

I do NOT believe Haley will sell the most records ( finger down throat)...Scotty & Lauren was GREAT from the beginning...Scotty did DESERVE the WIN, if you watched the whole season like you claim YOU know this...James & Haley did improve over the season, but Haley could not get rid of the irrating growl (or froggy I call it) she should have went out 6th. ( Also Jimmy gave her those songs to help her, because he was thinking like an 18 year old ,if you know what I mean...please.) James was GREAT he will sell the most cd's ...behind SCOTTY THE McHOTTY :), of course

@Debbie - I get it! Scotty could definitely sing and so can Lauren, but in terms of raw talent and ability, the two least talented of the final four made it by leaps and bounds. Lauren is very good, but not great, and I don't get the hype about Scotty either. I'm sorry but Scotty is a glorified Karaoke singer at best and will contribute nothing to the lexicon of music of any value I'm sure. Haley and James were not just better than the other two, they were way way way way WAY better performers, singers, and just had more raw talent. We all know that Hollywood doesn't care about that though, they care about what fickle teenagers think. A bunch of girls thought Scotty was cute so they voted for him. People who really care about talent tend not to vote, while the people who enjoy flirting with the superficiality and sex appeal that Hollywood is feeding them do. Reality shows are mostly a disgrace for this reason. They glorify the worst in us, not the best. Guarantee you it'll be Haley selling records in the end. Wanna bet?

I don't get the hype about Hailey, I have watched Idol since year one and I was surprised she was in the final three. Scottie and Lauren deserved to be there. Pia and James would have been an awesome final 2 also.
