  does it really matter if he has no tattoos or a billion i will still luv him and for those people tht r not beliebers anymore r fucking wackoo in the head i still like miley cyrus and i still like brittany spears it is his life if he wants a fucking tattoo then who gives a fuck ther is nothing fucking wrong with it!!!!! u damn idiots!!!

  Ok who cares what Justin does anyway, it's not like it's their decision. But i would have to say he has a lot so he might want to stop getting more, because the press could say something that could ruin his carrier and break his fans hearts. But no matter what he does, he is my Bieber!!!
