They are an important part of the recruiting process

They do a good job in evaluating talent

They provide valuable career information

They generally lack knowledge to be useful

They are just a middleman, trying to make a buck

They usually hide information to increase their value

They treat jobseekers as a commodity

I hate it that they make money just for promoting my expertise to employers

We would be better off without Recruiters or middlemen (like to deal with the hiring company directly)

The Recruiters have the interest to just make the money they do not bother about the future of there candidate. They are just loking to make the money from jobless world............
