the only reason she is in first place is because all of her fans and Chuck fans in general know she has more than earned this over the last 4 years as the awesomeness that is Sarah Walker. Hey, I have been hooked on chuck. I'm a big Grey's anatomy / Lost fan and never cught up on any other series than Chuck. It's got action and super hot babes for us guys, a lot or romance and funny situations, great 'studio' locations and enough to get you our of your daily routine for 40 mins. I really like Sarah Walker, a cold blooded CIA agent who is ordered to protect this nerd guy who got sent all theCIA database in his brain. I dont remember ever laughing so much in any series, even friends. Yvonne isnt the funniest character, check out Jeff and Lester, Morgan and of course Chuck. I'm sure you and your wife/ husband / friends will have a great time. Last I checked Yvonne's leading the polls. She may not entirely deserve it since the characters are all so entertaining and fun to follow. Much better than HIMYM, which I found repetitive after 7 episodes. May the best win.

All of above is true, chuck fans are diehard. And as I am one of them myself. Just look at communitybased Chuck websites like chuck.tvedge.net. Look how many comments are being placed. We actually held a subway action a while back to get another season.
And by the way not just because I like chuck I voted for Yvonne Strahovski.

Yvonne Strahovski fans are not cheating. There are a lot of us and we are hardcore when it comes to our show. Yvonne deserves recognition for her work on Chuck, she is a phenominal actress. No one acccuses the Glee fans of cheating. Why because there show is more popular? I like Glee too and lots of the other shows/actresses listed, but i would still choose Yvonne over all of them. As much as I LOVE Glee and Lea Michelle, my vote without a doubt is for Yvonne Strahovski. What other actor's fans would start an Emmy campaign for them months and months ahead of time? The one and only Sarah Walker fans, thats who. She's such an incredible actress, and as chuck continues it is being shown more and more. She definitely deserves it. :))

I am and adult ( 46 actually) and I believe Lea Michele does a great job as Rachel Berry.
If your favorite actors are worthy you shouldn't feel the need to be nasty to the other possible actors.

I will be truly disappointed if the Emmys just prove to be a popularity contest. I know "Glee" is unbelievably popular, but Lea Michele doesn't hold a candle to those such as Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Mary-Louis Parker (Weeds may have gone down the drain a bit, but she hasn't). They are ALL amazing. The really sad thing is Yvonne Strahovski, an actress with such amazing talent and who has proven herself to be incredibly versatile (more than most TV actresses these days) is hardly recognized just because she's on a show that's not as popular

I don't think some of these shows should be in this category Glee, Nurse Jackie, U.S. of Tara, Weeds...they aren't comedies. I think Toni Collette and Martha Plimpton are equally great, but if you are giving nods to lead COMEDY actresses some of these ladies just don't belong in the same category.

Tina Fey never lets us down with the laughs. The antics she is will to pull (ie taking her shirt for a pregnancy photoshoot, Little Liz Lemon rollerskating). Poehler is awesome. This season of P&R was awesome. Its just too sad that the show will not get any love at the Emmys.
I'm sad that Laura Linney is even going to be nominated. Yes she is a fine actress and very talented, but it is not a comedy. Bottom line Glee and The Big C should be in one category alone: The not funny, but gives us the giggles, but there is not where else to put these shows caategory!!!

This has got to be the BEST group of women we've seen in MANY MANY years.
Leading the pack are certainly Laura Linney who had a FLAWLESS performance in The Big C, Toni Collette has done AMAZING this season and EVen Lea Michelle, she has proven to be a great comedian, especially in the Blame it on the alcohol episode.
Other top names, Edie Falco, Tina Fey, Mary-Louise Parker and Amy Pholer.
Other great nods are Patricia Heaton, Martha Plimpton, Tamsin Greig and Kaley Cuoco i wouldn't mind seeing nominated.
All the women above TRULY worthy of a Emmy nominee, sucks is only six i'd nominate all of them lol

Yvonne Strahovski fans are not cheating. There are a lot of us and we are hardcore when it comes to our show. Yvonne deserves recognition for her work on Chuck, she is a phenominal actress. No one acccuses the Glee fans of cheating. Why because there show is more popular? I like Glee too and lots of the other shows/actresses listed, but i would still choose Yvonne over all of them. She has tons of fans and the link for this poll is all over twitter in support of her and on numerous other Chuck sites. Chuck haters are vicious, they get all in an uproar anytime someone of something related to show gets some kind of recognition, it's rediculous. And sseriously people it's a poll!!!

As much as I LOVE Glee and Lea Michelle, my vote without a doubt is for Yvonne Strahovski. What other actor's fans would start an Emmy campaign for them months and months ahead of time? The one and only Sarah Walker fans, thats who. She's such an incredible actress, and as chuck continues it is being shown more and more. She definitely deserves it. :))

I will be truly disappointed if the Emmys just prove to be a popularity contest. I know "Glee" is unbelievably popular, but Lea Michele doesn't hold a candle to those such as Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Mary-Louis Parker (Weeds may have gone down the drain a bit, but she hasn't). They are ALL amazing. The really sad thing is Yvonne Strahovski, an actress with such amazing talent and who has proven herself to be incredibly versatile (more than most TV actresses these days) is hardly recognized just because she's on a show that's not as popular

Tina Fey fucking hilarious. She writes and stars in 30 Rock, she deserves it way more.
Plus, she doesn't sing covers of already terrible songs and somehow make them sound even worse.
I don't think some of these shows should be in this category Glee, Nurse Jackie, U.S. of Tara, Weeds...they aren't comedies. I think Toni Collette and Martha Plimpton are equally great, but if you are giving nods to lead COMEDY actresses some of these ladies just don't belong in the same category.

Tina Fey never lets us down with the laughs. The antics she is will to pull (ie taking her shirt for a pregnancy photoshoot, Little Liz Lemon rollerskating). Poehler is awesome. This season of P&R was awesome. Its just too sad that the show will not get any love at the Emmys.
I'm sad that Laura Linney is even going to be nominated. Yes she is a fine actress and very talented, but it is not a comedy. Bottom line Glee and The Big C should be in one category alone: The not funny, but gives us the giggles, but there is not where else to put these shows caategory!!!

Leading the pack are certainly Laura Linney who had a FLAWLESS performance in The Big C, Toni Collette has done AMAZING this season and EVen Lea Michelle, she has proven to be a great comedian, especially in the Blame it on the alcohol episode.

Other great nods are Patricia Heaton, Martha Plimpton, Tamsin Greig and Kaley Cuoco i wouldn't mind seeing nominated.

It is a HUGE shame Timson is not more well known. Coming from England and a 'pay' station certainly does not give her as much exposure.
