  If u dress nicely, maybe take some pictures of what u look like when u are not well.

  From my darling 18 year old daughter, who is also showing signs of my Fibromyalgia darn it, you should wear footie pajamas.... and take a snuggie with you in case that a/c gets cold! ;) I love your style hun. For all of us who "don't look sick" keep it up hun!

  I like Giada Rossi's idea. Audience participation (ie- not only you, but the participants in the conference wearing PJ's) would make what you say stand out and be remembered.

  Of course I'm not suggesting you anything, dear Chris, I would not dare! But I could tell you what I would do if I were Christina Miserandino:
  If I were you, my first appearance would be in a perfect suit, make-up done (as you always are , beautiful, full of energy and great sense of humour...BTW: you are so charismatic, love your style!:-) and then, about after a half of the time you have for your conference, I would change myself in pyjamas, without make-up, JUST TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE and to destroy clichèes like:" But you don't look sick!" ...but with a condition: all those who will partecipate should have the choice (of course optional) to wear pyjamas too!:-) You rock Chris!
