    I would rather be buried in a fire ant hill and have honey poured on my head than talk to AT&T. They suck. They have no complaint department, no customer service department, and the rudest agents ever. My internet has not worked properly since November 2012. They have missed multiple scheduled appointments, and still not fixed the problem even with the ones they kept. My case was being audited by Level 2 tech support from Saint Louis, Mo. Today I called them back and Jeffe, ID # 20242, refused to re-schedule me a repair appointment (Easter Sunday storm blew over my transformer pole / no electrical service, so I couldn't keep my April 1st appointment). He said his computers showed my internet had worked perfectly during our entire 10 minute phone conversation and I didn't need a repairman. Hello, genius! THE PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT- that means it works some of the time. Mostly is doesn't work. It takes ten minutes to watch a 2-3 minute youtube video. http://www.speedtest.net/result/2628166655.png. Here it is working at 0.13 mbps. It is supposed to work at 5.0 to 6.0 mbps. He basically called me a liar, so I cussed him out - probably worse than I have ever cussed anyone out in my life. F' you, Jeffe. I live way out in the country and unfortunately no other company provides decent internet. I AM DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR ANY INFORMATION TO REPORT AT&T FOR FRAUD. Can anyone please help me? Any phone numbers or agency names of where I can start would be of great help. I am sick of paying $80.00 a month for the crappiest internet on the planet, and being treated so horribly by this company. My family has had AT&T for over 40 years. I cannot tell you how hurtful and stressful it is to be treated like we are trash and liars just for asking for a repair person to be sent so that we can receive the service we were promised and for which we are paying. AT&T sucks. I have wasted about forty hours of my life trying to get this situation resolved. I want it resolved and I want to make them pay for treating customers the way that they do (I am not talking about money - I WANT TO REPORT THEM TO SOME GOVERNMENT AGENCY THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM - THEY ARE THUGS AND THIEVES! WHO TERRORIZE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ONLY WANT WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR FROM THEM!)! Please tell me how to report them or who to call to get some results. Thanks! 04/06/13
