If a fly flew into my drink 5 minutes after a waiter dropped it at my table I would...

Scoop it out and drink it anyway. Not the venue's fault!
Just leave it and don't drink it. Flies are gross but it's not the venue's fault.
Mention it to the waiter in the hopes they'll offer me a new drink. They kinda owe it to me.
Demand that a waiter brings me a new drink. It's their fault!
