Is Graffiti Art, Vandalism or Both?
Alvin: Graffiti on any wall that is not your own is vandalism. It's illegal. It's juvenile. It's selfish.
Philip: I cherish seeing street art and the ephemeral nature to it... it’s what helps define our culture.
Maybe some is art and some is just stupid tagging.
