What about the students who are defiant and refuse to cooperate with a teacher? Is it fair to base an evaluation on those kind of surveys? As a teacher, I think that personally I would like to see how my students rate me but there are many factors that would have to with that survey to be used effectively by the district to evaulate a teachers performance.

I think that it's ok for a child to evaluate a teacher. Because some teachers maybe need a little wake up call on how they r teaching our kids. And treating our kids.
