What do you think is the most appropriate next step for the City Council?

• Approve the alternative plan that calls for buying all private land on the waterfront and for raising taxes and/or private fundraising to pay for it.

• Approve a plan that provides for a minimum of 5 acres of parks as well as flood control, art and history features, but that gives us flexibility to consider various options for the private land.

• Approve the first plan that pays for itself in 25 years and adds five acres of parkland as well as flood control, art and history features.

• We need more time to talk about the choices, have meetings and comment.
