Chaz /Gary Czajkowski is an outstanding person and best friend to many many people .The emplories all like respect him ( all will be out of work now) he is not only in good standings with people he works with but also the other contractors .He was always willing to help .Hurricane power out ,gas stations low on gas,no a/c no hot shower, hungry, Head to the Czajkowski,s friends, family, emplories, everyone was welcome. When it was discovered one of emplories need help with medical problems,or that one of their
autos were broken down ?he came to their aid . How much do you think it took to fill up an airplane with goods to fly to another country,or us state when they were hit with a storm or flood? The Czajkowski's were very giving to others at Christmas they never brought for themself instead they picked out someone
or a group and gave them a Christmas.. these charges are all false .There was never a time he felt he breaking any law being cheer to others at Christmas. This case and the others attached do not belong in court, everything was simply to wish his friends a nice holiday. Nascar races, were only a few because too many wanted to go so it was ended. There was mostly family and close friends, and maybe a couple city emplories all of which had been friends for a long time and attended parties and such at Czajkowski,s because he loved to have his family and friends over he got joy out of this.He was also known to have paid for private school for children he was aware of because parents were down on their luck I COULD GO ON but I won't but I am very say with todays outcome .THESE ARE nice decent top knoch people . GOD BLESS them

This verdict makes my blood run cold! According to what I have read in the Post, there was virtually NO evidence that Mr. Wight/Chaz Equipment "gave gifts in order to receive preferential treatment" AND "no indication that Chaz Equipment was overpaid or did bad work." What "evidence" did this jury use to convict?? I do not know anyone involved in this case, I don't even live in Palm Beach County. I do, however, own a small medical transcription service. Throughout most of our 23+ years in business, we have given gifts not only to our 32 transcriptionists, but also to the doctors, clinics, and hospitals at Christmas, staff members' birthdays and other occasions as well. Many of our clients have been with us since we opened for business. Over this period of time, we have come to think of many of them as friends, not just clients, so why wouldn't we share our good wishes with a small gift on their special
occasions? I guess I should be thankful that some of our clients are outsourcing their dictation to India, Pakistan and the Phillipines now, because, who knows, if we were making more money, we would probably be showing our appreciation with larger gifts and I could be the next business owner with a heart to become a convicted felon. Chilling thought.

If this was a crime, they are gonna have to lock up half of the businesses men & women in PB County. Plus half of the PBSO Deputies also

It has been standard practice in business for these kinds of things. I take clients out to dinner. The Porsche dealership gave me tickets to a race. Guess what? Not everyone I take out to dinner buy my products and I didn't buy a Porsche, instead choosing something else. In the end, it is up to the management to use sound judgment in making their decisions.

I don't see Sheriff Bradshaw getting in trouble fir being wined and dined by the PBA, despite them getting millions is dues.
