Which Biz performance metrics are a top priority in your biz?

• Financial metrics (e.g. Gross profit margin, Fixed costs, Receivables - $$$ owed), Payables - $ bills)

• Not using metrics...would like a simple checklist of what to measure in my biz.

• Not using metrics...really do not understand them and that's what my CPA is for.

• Human Capital metrics (e.g. Profit per Employee, costs per employee, Return on investment (ROI) of training)

• Sales metrics (e.g. Actual sales value versus initial bid, closed sales, revenue per employee)

• Going to the bank to make deposits on a regular basis.
