Should Military Bases Ditch Car Decals and Visitors Passes?
Yes and No! Get rid of the decals but still require visitor passes.
Yes! Visitor passes and car decals are pointless. Get rid of them.
No! I don’t care if they are “unnecessary.” Those things make me feel secure – and that’s more important.
