To what degree should the state regulate cigarette smoking?
Cigarettes should be completely banned.
If, when and where a person smokes shouldn't be regulated at all. It's a personal choice.
Current bans are reasonable, such as restaurants, bars, offices, etc., but bans shouldn't go further.
Current bans go too far. People should be able to smoke in bars, for example.
There needs to be more restrictions, such as any place where children are present, including cars and homes.
