What grade would you give the Legislature for its performance during this session?

A: Excellent — They delivered on the major policy issues — taxes, ethics, spending reform, benefits reform — important to me.

B: Good — They didn’t succeed in every area, but there were no major political dramas, and they accomplished quite a bit on the fiscal/economic front.

C: Fair — Sorry, but they needed to deliver dramatic change; what they mostly delivered was talk, talk and more talk.

D: Poor — Gov. Andrew Cuomo kept them in line, but I’m not satisfied with the overall result.

E: Not (Excused) — Just more reason to give other folks a try.
