(continued)...be on the street, going about their day, happy to be alive... then for no reasonable excuse at all, are smashed to smithereens by the driver of the other car who just didn't like to play by the rules! Good luck with that WHEN and IF you get to Heaven's Gate after your "accident." PLEASE, people, as Dr. Phil says, If you choose the action, you choose the consequence. NO ONE is indestructible. Just know that you cannot sit idly by and watch a friend or relative self-destruct their own lives as well as countless others' lives and not feel somehow responsible because you KNEW and did not TELL. Hopefully, this tragedy will never affect you again. DO something NOW to protect yourself and your loved ones-(even if it means ruffling a few feathers in the meanwhile)! GOD BLESS.

Roger Ebert's blog comment about Ryan Dunn's ( and his friend and co-worker, Zachary Hartwell), was COMPLETELY innocent of any malice toward anyone. It was meant as a possible wake-up call to everyone out there who thinks that they are above the law and can do whatever they want and disobey the rules put into law to protect citizens (and everyone else), from their actions. Roger's comment (also similarly written by Bam Margera), was blasted by one fan in particular. "Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive." This is the comment made by Roger Ebert. Ryan acted in the movie, Jackass. Roger was not calling him a jackass, people. If those "offended" by the comment were to actually READ the facts before making their unjust assumptions, they would be just as floored by Ryan's actions as everyone else was! Where were all of you "Friends" of Ryan's on all 23 of those police stops where he was issued his citations??? ! ( 10 times for speeding and careless driving; 3 times for driving with a suspended license, and 10 more citations for other illegal activities-most likely DUI charges since his license was suspended ) Did any of you ever think about hosting an intervention for Ryan to deal with his disregard for the safety of himself and others? How would any of you react if the innocent passenger in Ryan's car, Zachary Hartwell, were YOU, or your CHILD or other friend/relative instead of Zachary? The day of the crash, Ryan had consumed 3 beers and 3 shots. Then, he made the decision to AGAIN break the law and endanger not only his OWN life, but the lives of everyone else in the vicinity!!! What gives ANYONE the right to drive on a state highway going 110 miles per hour after drinking at ALL, let alone 3 beers and 3 shots??? If somebody thinks that he/she is God's gift to humanity and is not to be held to the same legal/moral standards that everyone else is, then they need to use some of their "hard-earned" money and hire a driver! (or ask one of their friends for a ride). Don't think that this tragedy will never happen to you, folks! My own family has been hit TWO times with murder via alcohol, I.E., Drunk Driving. And NO, my family members were the innocent ones, NOT the drinkers who caused their untimely deaths! Both of the drivers had suspended licenses AND mulitple DUI arrests/citations. Yet they still got behind the wheel to drive whenever they wanted, and killed others because of their stupidity and vanity! To the "fan" who blasted Roger's comment, saying that Roger acted like a jackass himself by making his comment, and that people don't need "truth bombs" when they are grieving, I say- BULL----! When exactly is the BEST time to tell somebody the truth? After the person is dead? Or after the person left another innocent person in his destructive path? Or how about sometime while he is incarcerated for his illegal acts? Oh, that's right! Most drunks get off with a slap on the wrist. In any tragic case like this one, there will be questions and answers that are difficult to hear and speak of. But if any TRUE friends had been there to talk honestly with their friend BEFORE they went too far, then nobody would ever even have to have this conversation to begin with! Stop blaming the messenger, folks, for delivering the truth-(which could have SAVED your friends' lives)! That idea went by the wayside thousands of years ago in Ancient Rome. But in those days, we didn't have to worry about crossing the Appian Way and getting killed by a drunk driver or a carelss speeder. Because horses never did get drunk before steering the chariots; and because in those days, crimes were dealt with swiftly and surely. NOW is the time, fans, friends and relatives of the two men killed in this crash. NOW is the time for you to speak up to all of your other friends who may be engaging in ANY type of endangering activities- and then getting behind the wheel of a thousands-of-pounds machine with no regard for those who may happen to
