The wait time for Zong and Mobilink is too pathetic. ufone is good and telenor is average. never used warid. (prepaid)

waiting time for telenor and zong sucks big time, however ufone's holding time is much shorter usually connects in a minute or less.

You should also add the options of Telecom Network . Because at Ufone Call center calls are normally picked after 2/3 minutes . But Zong is too pathetic in Call Center Services . You have to wait around 5/10 minutes for you call to be picked . And if during Call they put you on hold , then this Hold also goes up to 5 minutes .

Wait time also depends on the nature of contract, on my postpaid connection, never had to wait for more then 10SEC
on my prepaid, 5-10 min wait is normal. So you should change the survey to ask for nature of contract too
