What should Birmingham do with the South Roebuck black bear?
Put him in the Birmingham Zoo.
Rename the city Bearingham.
Move him to East Lake Park and let him solve the goose problem.
Leave him alone.
Capture him, process the meat and donate it to the food bank -- just like the geese.
Take him alive and ship him back to the mountains with a couple of picnic baskets.
