This was obviously a mistake on the part of Tiffany Green. She should have announced the nominees first as they were being displayed on the teleprompter then announced the winner from the HTC EVO View device. She was clearly confused when she read the teleprompter nominee listing as the winner. Poor poor girl...she should have been more focus.
