The prosecutors relied on what they thought was a sympathetic jury...nobody, and I mean nobody can tell you How Caylee died- murder or other wise, therefore you can NOT convict somebody when you can't prove accident/murder in the first degree...unless you live in Texas!!! It's not what you know...it's what you can prove...Nancy Grace could have done it for all we know!!! Easy case of reasonable doubt and dumb ass prosecutors for trying it as a death penalty case

She is innocent and guilty of lying about a few things. She should have given her baby swimming lessons. After becoming frightened when the baby died in the pool, she and her father went crazy about making it look like someone killed her. It could have been so much easier. She will get a new social, new name, new face and hair and a new state. Make it right this time, Casey and get counselling. Your father ruined a lot of your life but you can make it right this time.
