I cannot figure out how to take these polls on my Kindle 2. I can get to them sometimes, but cannot answer without getting on the computer. Is that normal? Also want to let you know that due to ereaderIQ, your freebie flashes are all a day late. Maybe not needed any more?

    Thanks for commenting, jlynn!

That's a common misconception. There is actually no limit to the number of devices you can have registered to the same account. You could find a hundred people (or more) and register all of their devices to the same account.

The limitation is on how many of those devices can have a given book licensed at the same time. That's where the number six comes in: the publishers set that number on each title, and the default is six. If it is a different number (some titles have fewer simultaneous device licenses, some are unlimited), it will say so on the book's Amazon product page.

So, you can put those hundred people on the account, and all read the same book for one download price...just not all at the same time, usually.

anyone who has access to your amazon account can share access up to six different devices on one account though
