    If you recruit the RIGHT talent, your processes will be easier to maintain. That's why I think that "Recruiting" should be first! Just my 2 cents :)

    If you don't have Management Unity; any Process you put into place will be undermined by the RENEGADE Manager, or derailed by the complacent. All managers, from GM to Desk; from F&I to Appraiser must read from the same script if a dealership is to excel in Gross Profit. --John Miller
