Gov. Dayton has compassion for all of the people of MN, not just Democrats or Republicans.
This is not a polictical decision. It is one that is required to get our state up and running, instead of loosing money every day. Thanks Gov. Dayton!
The Republican party will be remembered for saying "NO" to every thing the majority of the people wanted. Good luck when the next election rolls around. It is time to start thinking on your own, and not let the party make all the decisions for all of you!

Gov. Dayton seems to be the only one who has attempted to move to a resolution. The Republicans have certainly not exercised any leadership in any recognizable way. The Republicans have merely held hands and said "No" to every offer. That is not leadership; it is 'obstructionship.'

Governor Dayton has more integrity and compassion for the state of Minnesota than all the republicans put together. He represents people rather than political dogma.

The Governor is doing what he has to do to get this state running again. He is finally taken the lead toward break the idiotic stalemate at the Capitol. If the Republicans don’t get on the recovery bandwagon all Hades is going to break loose on Minnesota economics. Governor Dayton is acting like a governor by compromising to get the state rolling again.

For the time being a state budget default is being avoided but the GOP and others have to realize next regular session budget problems will again exist. Fiscal balance will have to be instituted for the “long” term. Something the MN GOP doesn’t want to face.

So let’s stop the political posturing or inane blustering. Get Minnesota back on the economic track to recovery. The time is Now!!
