I think they should, they were irresponsible for not having the snake sealed in it's tank properly! EVERYONE knows that snakes are deadly animals, why the hell would you NOT seal the tank properly, it's common bloody sense! poor girl would have suffered! :( makes me sad that people don't consider that they are putting there kids, family and friends in danger by not containing such a dangerous creature! Yes it could have killed any of the kids / parents BUT this problem still remains, someone died due to irresponsibility child or NOT!

No they shouldn't get prison time...... The snake had bypassed 2 other children....... How was they supposed to know it was going to attack Shianna..... We all have played with him and he even rode in the car with us....... He was lovable snake and he played with many children........ We miss Shianna so much but Jaren is heartbroken and had gained back custody of her 2nd child...... She had a job and she also had come a long way from 2009....... The loss of Shianna will never be forgot in our hearts and NEITHER will Jaren...... I love u Jaren and will always be there for you............
