I like the blue one the best out of these, but only because it's hard to see what's going on in the other one, but I actually liked one of the other ones you had better. These seem a little too much like the smutty romance novels you see at the dollar store and I think your writing is better than that. I don't think you need to put a hot body on the cover to sell your writing because the writing speaks for itself. If you stick to one of the other ones, you might be taken more seriously as a writer if you want to be an author as your profession. Either way, I love your stories, it's just something to think about.
I liked the idea behind the Red option, but you couldn't see what he was doing in the flames, and (even more important) you couldn't see your name! So I voted Blue.
