The Tea Party republicans headed by Cantor need to be kicked out of Congress. Boehner is the weakest Speaker of the House in recent history. He is such a loser. He is so busy watching his back because Cantor wants his job. The saddest day in America will be if Cantor becomes Speaker.

Kick the juvenile tea party zealots out. We need progressive representatives who put country first.

    Chuck,
A bad plan on paper or not is still a bad plan, When are Republicans going to accept the fact that corporate greed, their failed policies of Voodoo trickle-down economics, the Bogus Milton Friedman school of market systems, multiple unfounded and unfunded wars, tax incentives for "job creators" who don't create jobs are responsible for the mess we are in.
The Republicans can be counted on for one thing every time and that is they will surely will be on the wrong side of any issue that would actually be of substantive benefit to the majority of Americans.
Climate change, social security, health care, Public education, science, torture and the criminal justice system, the war on drugs, just to name a few for starters.
Oh by the way i wounder how many times Republicans have voted to raise the debt ceiling since Ronald Regan.
Republicans along with the Bush administration had their foot on the gas when they drove this country off the economic cliff, why would any one presume these same people would have any plan that would help the millions of Americans who are experiencing the very real pain that these failed policies have created.
    Its a sad situation.

Could somebody please tell me where is the Democrat budget? Where is the Democrat plan (in writing) for the raising of the debt ceiling and making cuts for reducing the deficit? There isn't any? Whether you like the G.O.P. plans or not, at least they put something on the table (in writing). If Pres. Obama spent as much time tending to the business of the country as he does on fund-raising, maybe we could've solved this problem by now. It looks like he is voting "present" again, and then complains about the outcome, or lack thereof. He definitely is the "Pied Piper of Cluelessness" and we are suffering as a result.
