What do most companies hire PR agencies for?

  • I'm probably incredibly Pollyanna-ish, but I would hope that the conversation from the beginning would be "how can we work together to identify strategies and implement tactics that will differentiate your product/service from your competitors and contribute to your bottom line?"

    Personally, I would not/did not work for anyone who saw my role as merely the "worker bee." Waste of my time and his/her money.
