I don't see anything wrong with her outfits, she even said in an interview before she started her tour, that this tour was going to be like a rave for younger kids, because she wanted it to be fun and more energetic.
So i think everything is fine, and as for her and Justin, let them have fun, if you like either of them then you would want them to be happy so leave them alone.

It's not too sexy or too much she's covering everything up isn't she wants wrong with what she was wearing !! If you want to look at somone who is too much look at miley cyrus she acts and looks like a slut !
