Sure. The kid was missing for too long, and staff didn't realize he was sweltering in the van. Sheer negligence.

That's not really necessary. The staff made a mistake and probably feel bad enough. Besides, the boy's going to be fine.

In cases like this, the people responsible should be forced to sit in a hot car for the same amount of time.
