I've always had a lot more guys than girls in my ministry.. But then again, my ministry is about 80% to the skateboard culture.. And not many girls skate...we just did a big comp a few weeks back, and of the 150 competitors, 2 of them were girls!!!
I'd love for there to be more girls... Pray for it all the time.. It's actually why I've had to branch out into other things (the other 20%) of my ministry is things like youth group, gym night, bible studies.. We get a good even split of guys/girls at something like a bible study
