Do you think your home will gain or lose value in the next year?

Gain. The market's hit rock bottom and things are looking up.

Stay the same. I don't see anything changing in the economy to affect it either way.

Lose. No one can buy a home these days, and the economy is heading south.

Don't know. If fewer new homes are being built, why isn't mine increasing in value?
