Will ObamaCare Survive the Supreme Court?

• PPACA will survive the Supreme Court and enforced as originally written

• The individual mandate will be removed, but the rest of PPACA will remain

• Congress will repeal PPACA before the individual mandate is required in 2014

• PPACA will be declared unconstitutional and the entire bill will be thrown out
