Schumi all the way for me. He got the maximum his car could achieve all the way from 24th! Absolutly fantastic. Jensen is close, but with the fast package he had and his skill I'm not surprised he finished 3rd. In my view he should have won that race, which is why Schumi gets my driver of the day.

JA, it seems I can't comment on your main site anymore. It's not even going into moderation or anything. I'm wondering if there's a problem with your site, or do my comments go into spam right away.

    It has to be Button

What an exceptional drive! ... and all those brilliant overtakes with only one mirror! I doubt there would be anyone other than the looney fanboys who would not have voted for Button had he driven like that from a more deserved grid spot.

That has got to be Vettel. He did not put a foot wrong all weekend. Hard to admit coming from a resident Down Under but 2012 has got to be his year, no doubt.

I nominate Kamui Takuma Sato Koboyashi,he's shown he's as much a muppet as his cousin in the Indy Racing League.
It was at this very track that M Schu slapped Kamui's countrymen on the head for the same type of doofess ness,& no penalty. Its outrageous that he gets away with it with no penalty,we'd almost have NATO involved if it was the other way around.
How can the worlds premiere motor racing events judiciary be so incompetent?
"Oh thats right, its the Ali G phenomenon".

My choice of driver of the day has got to be Jenson. Previously, I've never really been a big fan of Jenson Button but he continues to show real experience with an obvious calculated and strategic racers brain at work all the time. A big team let down with his qualifying but his race day performance certainly went a long way of getting the team out of a jam. Very impressive and the team's admiration of him almost leaps off the tv. They know they can rely on him to turn out a performance when it's required and take the car home. And there is his bird too.................

I am unable to escape the conviction that there is something in the Electronics of Webber's car that can be initiated by the team at the Start if Webber is considered in a threatening position to Vettel. When he is in the FIRST or the SECOND row of the Grid, he invariably looses all his rev's and his engine goes into "ANTI STALL" mode leaving him sitting there & giving Vettel the necessary "clean air". If it happened once, it is a coincidence, twice, bad luck but when it occurs every single time there HAS to be more to it. Webber drove the best race of any driver out there yesterday and to finish a mere couple of seconds behind VETTEL says it all, he has to be the superior driver. Vettel offers RB the charisma they so badly seek.
