How do you think Noda will fare as Japan’s Prime Minister?

It will take some time, but I believe Noda can turn things around with his determination and hard work.

The Japanese economy is already in too deep on its problems to be solved by one Prime Minister. I doubt he will make much impact.

I give him six months at most and the ruling party will have to vote for another PM.
