As a parent it is inevitable children are going to get bumps and bruises and might even experience a nasty fall, you can't be there 100% of the time. # 1 Why did the child need to be in a carseat? His daddy was outside of the car, so the car was not moving you fucking genius. #2 He obviously thought she had the baby and she obviously didn't realize he was fixing to open the door. Its called an accident! As a parent you cannot prevent every accident. I would encourage you to volunteer for an organization like Guardian Ad Litem or CASA. There you will learn the true meaning of a neglectful parent. Parents who raise children in a home where they also run their meth lab. Parents who allow their 13 year old daughters to stay home alone w/ their boyfriend who is a sexual predator who in turn rapes their daughter after only knowing the man for 2 months. Parents whose children walk into a store and see their mommy and daddy's picture with the word WANTED stamped across their face on the front of a Crime Stoppers ad, THAT is what you call a neglectful parent. Not two people who clearly had an accident which I am sure they felt TERRIBLE about. Whoever you are you better watch out with that slick tounge, God forbid your child or a child you may have in the future has an accident.
