What are the rules? If there is significant inflation or time limits, I think I'd have to go with Halladay. If I can keep Strasburg forever, I don't know how you turn that down.

To me, Halladay is as close to guaranteed consistency as you can get. That's not worth giving up even for the upside of Strasburg with all his risk
