The majority of my time is spent on data analysis – including implementing split/multivariate tests, studying my Google Analytics data and making changes based on these results

I’m hardly ever on my site – most of my time is spent improving my email marketing campaign, launching my mobile marketing program or implementing some other off-site promotional technique
