It seems to work ok for the Rugby teams, and they are usually on the telly as well. I could see guys going straight from work to the football, might not be so good for kids though.

I'm all for trying something new. If it helps get the crowds back then it can only be a good thing. Agreed, that it would only be workable if the two teams are situated close to each other

I don't want Fridays, Saturday at 3pm is the right time . I feel for the Dunfermline fans in this pilot match, a 5 hour round trip on a Friday is a joke.
