I am also asking that the ability to delete contacts immed. be put to work. not only is it hard to find out how to delete a contact u have this comment thing where contacts post messages and i still have not found out how to get this off.
they should really take this call thing off why waste money if you could use something like skype or anything else that is FREE ?

an important advice for yahoo messenger team !!!!!
Skype has this option and its more like a quality. On skype When i delete from my contact list an username, in the next second in the list of that person that i delete it i am offline and that person doesnt see me when i am online and what i do.
So, my point is : Yahoo messenger should create this thing. and for you to underdtand i will give you a short but relevant example.
In my list i have a person called XY. this person sends me spam messages so i want to delete it from my list (i am aware that i can ignore it, but i have another point to demonstrate here!!!) i want to delete from my list this person XY. well even if i delete the XY's username from my list, that person can see me when i am online and what status i have. so my ideea is that when i delete some persons from my list , in that person's list to be also automaticly deleted as my username in order for that person to see me offline and not to see what i am doing. SKype does has this.. well you could ask them about this .... but please its very very necesarly... and all users and i know at least 500 persons who will need this ... please take a breath and do this and release a new version without other silly improvements . onlyy this improvement.
