Great Concept and Sharp Unis !!!
I love the "300" connection of "Molon Labe" and the entire bronze theme tie-in with the armor and Sparty statue. One thing I think you are wrong on Mike is that this uni is just for the kids and recuits. I am 50+ and would love to get my hands on one of these jerseys. What a terrific collectors item this would be, especially after we take big brother out to the woodshed again and kick his butt!! Sorry Bro - The times have changed and Spartan Nation is back in charge! Hat Trick - 08', 09', 10' and SWEEP 11'. Too bad Brady Bunch. GO GREEN !!!

Its a lose-lose battle with these wolverine fans. Even when State wins on 10/15, Wolvies will be calling in the next day talking about how Hoke's recruits will dominate us the next year. Just enjoy the success Spartan fans, its not going anywhere.

Love the uni's... Gotta love the Michigan fans up in arms about the Spartans being unoriginal or that we aren't unique, considering one of their main trademarks, the wings on the helmet, came from MSU. Keep living in the past, we will just handle U of M on the field. Never the less, I would like to see MSU do something like this every year, gains interest for recruiting and catches the attention of the Nation.

Those MSU bronze jerseys look great! i hope this is the start of Michigan state becoming like Oregon with there jerseys. I like the new jerseys that Nike puts out and im glad to see that MSU is starting to come into the picture. I cant wait MSU vs UofM game.

Thumbs down to the overuse of black and bronze, and underuse of WHITE. Hello???? Maybe next year they'll omit the green and go to pink and purple, the color of Valenti's underwear. Go Maize and Blue!!!!

Nice uniforms, and that's coming from a Wolverine. But "unique nickname like Spartans"....? Unique along with the 40,000 other sports teams with the same name.
I would have thought MSU would want to stick with the white. More a part of State than bronze. Nice as the new unis look, they don't bring Sparty immediately to mind like the green and white. More like Baylor, or some mix of the green Notre Dame uniforms.

The uniform looks great, just as long as they can get the green on the helmet to match the green on the jersey (take a look at last year's ridiculous mis-match).

You need a poll pick for "LOVE IT" like is to mild of a word. Went on MSU web site to see the video for the new uni and it was great!. The history of the college and of the original Spartans give this uniform a depth that I don't think other teams can match.

The color scheme is bad. Bronze is terrible. The Spartans uniforms last year were awesome. Bad bad color scheme. The Green & White Spartan Helmets are really sweet. I'm a Michiagn fan and you did us a great favor. It's sick. I looks like Baylor. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the new MSU Jersey I just hope they make itin a Smedium or in a childs size so Mike Valenti can wear one. I'm sure Matt Darey will share it with Mike since he idolizes him and agree's with him on everything he says. Matt Darey is the Robin Quivers of Mike Valenti's show. since Mike Valenti wants to be Howard Stern a big tough shock jock that disagrees with everyone just to get people mad so they listen to the show. Valenti the Detroit area is growing tired of your schtick and we are hoping the station realizes that and removes you asap. Matt Darey will just fall into the background where he belongs if your gone and the other Hosts like Terry Foster, Pat Caputo and all the others can take your radio time since they know how to treat the fans. you can argue with people without all childish name calling and never debating a subject with class.

My only critical remark: I'd rather see a white helmet with the green spartan logo. Perhaps this will be one of the road looks.

I like the uniform but would like to have seen some "white" incorporated into it. Not only would it be a little more pronounced, but it will carry some of the traditional MSU colors.
